Isabelle Kraemer, also manager of Vino Strada, takes care of this beautiful place behind beautiful carved wooden windows. We can stop there in the late afternoon to enjoy a glass of yellow wine with a county lichette or for lunch or dinner on the wooden tables inside the restaurant or on the terrace. The menu, which is nice, varies regularly: cauliflower cream, bacon mousse, buckwheat tile, bergamot lacquered canned fillet, carambar custard pot and cocoa nib shortbread. Of course, the wine list is magical: hundreds of references are swirling around, a real invitation to the oenological journey. Many wines are offered by the glass, to accompany for example slate Pata Negra ham, sliced minute, to enjoy in a contemporary setting surrounded by oak wine racks that line the walls from floor to ceiling.
